Jimi Hendrix - Live at Woodstock: FINALLY!!! I got the album! I already had the Woodstock movie, but it only showed part of his performance. It has the famous Star Spangled Banner performance, the improvisation and it all comes to a hault with Villanova Junction. One huge jam that started with Voodoo Child. It's an album that must be savoured calmly, when you have nothin' to do. This isn't an album that can be understood and appreciated if you're in a rush. And if you're not a Jimi Hendrix fan.
John Fogerty - Premonition: I actually had the CD before, but I lost it somehow. After a few years, I finally got a replacement. It doesn't have anythin' different, it's the same ol' CD that was released back in 1998. One smokin' show, released after the Grammy awarded Blue Moon Swamp album.
John Fogerty - The Long Road Home (The Ultimate John Fogerty - Creedence Collection): I don't think it's the "ultimate" collection. Okay, there're 25 of his CCR/solo gems, but some were left out, like the songs from The Blue Ridge Rangers. Also, some covers were left out, like Cotton Fields, Before You Accuse Me and I Heard It Through the Grapevine. Sayin' that it's a John Fogerty compilation, honestly, don't change a thing to me. But, if you don't know neither Fogerty nor Creedence, this's a good way to start. It has the essencial, small bits of (almost) every album of his CCR era and solo works.
